Introduction to Fast Forward Windsurfing
A two-day, eight-hour course. Once you've completed a beginner course and got in some practice time on the water, 'Fast Forward' is the next step. The new formula of 'Vision, Trim, Balance, Power, Stance', is applied to your windsurfing skills. Beach starting, harness set up and techniques, faster tacks and gybes are all covered.

2-Day Kids Sailing Level 1
A two-day course. An introduction to the sport of sailing where you are shown on a dry land simulator how to setup the boat, what the basic boat controls are, and then you're off! Basic wind theory and capsize drill are also covered. By the end of the course you can expect to handle a small boat in light winds under supervision.
