Rock Climbing (Over 16's).
Our one day beginners' courses are suitable either for complete novices or for those who have experience of an indoor climbing wall and would like to try the real thing. The days include instruction on the safe use of equipment, advice on movement on rock, an introduction to abseiling and coaching on whatever grade of climb participants wish to tackle.
Courses run from 9.30am to 4.30 pm, so bring a packed lunch.
